I join technical conversations early. Not to observe — to shape what gets built. The best design decisions happen before a single wireframe is drawn.

I research before I design. Every brief I've ever received had a different real problem underneath it. I find that problem first.

I think in systems, not screens. A well-designed component that scales across 24 modules is worth more than 24 beautifully designed individual screens.

I use AI as a core tool, not a novelty. Claude AI, Figma Make, and Cursor AI are part of how I work every day — accelerating discovery, generating variations, and moving from concept to testable solution faster than traditional workflows allow.

I'm a Senior Product Designer with 9+ years of experience across fintech, payments, and enterprise SaaS. I've worked with globally recognised companies including Intuit QuickBooks and Pronto Software, designing products used by thousands of businesses across Australia and internationally.
I care about the work that happens before the design — the research, the reframing, the hard conversations with stakeholders. That's where the real design decisions get made.
